This is the 2nd Follow Up report of Cape Verde as presented to the Plenary in December 2010. It provides further update on the measures Cape Verde has taken since its last follow - up report in November 2009 to address the deficiencies identified in its Mutual Evaluation Report adopted in November 2008. The country has been placed on the regular ( expedited) follow-up process and will submit a 3rd Follow-Up report in November 2011
