It provides further update on the measures Cape Verde has taken since its last follow - up report in November 2009 to address the deficiencies identified in its Mutual Evaluation Report adopted in November 2008. The country has been placed on the regular ( expedited) follow-up process and will submit a 3rd Follow-Up report in November 2011
