In this presentation done at the UNECA Sub regional Workshop on Curbing Illicit Financial Flows (IFFs) from Africa, African Legal Support Facility explains its mandate and role. The Facility is dedicated to providing legal advice and technical assistance to African countries in negotiation of complex commercial transactions, creditor litigation and other related sovereign transactions. Information on multi-jurisdiction cooperation, corruption, laundering is explained fighting against illicit traffic of narcotics; transnational organized crime; corruption; suppression of the financing of terrorism.
