This paper focuses on the effects of corruption and money laundering on the rule of law and human rights in Nigeria. It reveals how the major sources of IFFs in Nigeria (corruption and money laundering) undeniably precipitates poverty and threatens both the rule of law and the foundation of a law-based state. The report assesses the extent to which the current legal frameworks are able to deal with the IFF problems.
