This is an address by His Excellency Dr. Hage G. Geingob, President of the Republic of Namibia at the occasion of the World Leaders Forum at the University of Columbia where he revealed that tax havens are causing trouble in Africa as they are being used to hide stolen money from the continent. During his public lecture about Namibia's situation regarding illicit financial flows, he revealed what his government is doing regarding dirty money. The real impact of illicit financial flows on Namibia is not known, as the government continues to rely on international statistics when commenting on the subject.
