This is a draft report of the Stakeholders Workshop on the Implementation of the Recommendations of the High Level Panel on Illicit Financial Flows from Africa. The Workshop was held from the 4th -6th of June 2015 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The meeting is the outcome of the Conference of Ministers held in Abuja in March 2014, where Member States requested to be provided with more information on the different ways of identifying opportunities for raising domestic revenue. The main objective of the workshop was to establish streamlined support to the anti-IFF agenda by creating a forum where all relevant stakeholders can discuss how the recommendations of the HLP Report on IFFs will be implemented and the roles and responsibilities they will respectively undertake.
