First Subregional Workshop on Curbing Illicit Financial Flows (IFFs) from Africa. United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and ACBF Illicit flows This a concept note by ECA which has worked to establish streamlined support to the anti-IFF agenda by creating a forum where all relevant stakeholders discussed how the recommendations of the HLP Report will be implemented and the roles and responsibilities they will respectively undertake.
