Aggravating Circumstances: How Coronavirus Impacts Human Trafficking Wagner, Livia and Hoang, Thi Human Trafficking, Coronavirus This policy brief, published by the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime seeks to contribute to global anti-trafficking efforts by assessing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on human-trafficking situations and actors. It provides timely, comprehensive and transparent information on the subject matter. In addition, the policy brief suggests holistic multi-stakeholder responses and interventions.
