Illicit Financial Flows are a major obstacle to economic development and the achievement of the MDGs in Africa. These papers look at combating tax evasion, commercial transparency, money laundering and asset recovery. The issues here form part of the UK G8 Presidency priorities in 2013, and the work of the G20 Development Working Group, as well as the High Level Panel on Illicit Financial Flows established by African Finance Ministers.
