This is an interview by SABC with one of the main campaigners against illicit financial flows from Africa ,Briggs Bomba of Trust Africa. Despite a commitment from African Union (AU) member to halt outflows, the amount of money leaving the continent annually continues to increase. It says out of the 54 AU member states that signed the declaration to end illicit flows at January's annual summit, only three have put in place preventative mechanisms.
