Speech of the Chairperson of the High Level Panel on Illicit Financial Flows from Africa, Thabo Mbeki: Pan African Lawyers Union General Assembly and Conference:05 June 2014,Yaounde,Cameroon.The speech focused on the role lawyers should play and this include understanding core principles of corporate law and finance as well as enabling them to better identify and assess consequences. Lawyers will have to play an important role in combating the scourge of Illicit Capital Outflows. Everyone shares the responsibility of combating the scourge regardless of position in life.
