Summary, etc This is an analysis of the report which came from the African Union and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa on illicit financial flows from Africa. the report urges African nations to curb illicit financial flows since they have led to stunted growth of the African economies hence the need to have a clear declaration from the United Nations on the issue of IFFs. Trade misinvoicing is one element of IFFs which has robbed Africa of millions hence the need to improve on accountability. There is need for the SDGs to address IFFs as recommended by the report.
