The press release by ISS governments and business to do more to combat corruption -the biggest threat to African peace and development, not terrorism, drought, HIV/AIDS or malaria. However in terms of priorities, moral and financial investment in fighting terror, drug trafficking and organised crime is much greater than the investment in stopping corruption .
