It identifies important mechanisms, the dynamics and the main challenges to curtailing and redirecting illicit financial flows and their implications for Africa’s economic transformation as we as establish knowledge for anchoring policy change to control and curb illicit financial flows from the continent, as part of structural transformation among other interventions
