This a report on the second subregional workshop on curbing Illicit Financial Flows from Africa was held from the 10th-11th of November 2015 in Accra, Ghana. It was held as part of activities being undertaken to implement the recommendations in the Report of the High Level Panel on Illicit Financial Flows from Africa and was jointly organized by the African Union Commission (AUC), the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA).
