The report provides an introduction on the work of the High Level Panel, the purpose of visit and a brief summary of the discussions in Washington by the Panel. The visit started in Washington where various meetings with the United States Government organs, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Board of Directors were held. In conclusion these meetings further declared their commitment to adopt and implement the findings and recommendations of the High Level Panel on Illicit Financial Flows from Africa
