Corruption is being reported as the major contributor to IFFs in South Africa with R700bn having been lost to corruption in 20 years .People who trie to report corruption were often muzzled.Members are being intimidated when they try and raise the issue of corruption in an organisation."There is need for a professional approach to reduce corruption.There is need to educate members about corruption, advise them how to reveal corruption, and what to do when whistle-blowers are intimidated
