Domestic resources mobilization has been identified by the African Non-State Actors (NSAs) as the second priority of Economic and Financial Governance (EFG) in which they feel a need for capacity development. Among the targeted resources, NSAs cite particularly assets derived from corruption, tax evasion, money laundering and illicit financial flows.
